13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages of any kind incurred by the buyer or any third party, resulting from any use or misuse, or failure of the products, even if the seller or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damage, including, without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of work, loss of work in progress, loss of revenue or profit, any liability of buyer to a third party, or any other damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage, unless such personal injury or property damage is caused by seller’s gross negligence. Returns & Refunds
The high quality and reliable service are highlighted in our company, and the proven capabilities make us stand out in this field. However, if the product does not perform as described under correct operation, we will provide a replacement within 10 working days after the receipt of the products.
Please follow the instructions below when returning products:
1. Purchaser must have proofs (photos & videos) before claiming.
2. Purchaser shall not return products without prior negotiation with Seller.
3. Seller reserves the right to inspect Products at Purchaser’s site and/or require disposal instead of return.

8. Invoice number and other related documents are necessary to promote the return in time, so please send them to the Seller at your convenience.
9. Return shipping fee for the disqualified product is at Seller’s expense. If no need to replace it, the refund amount will be transferred to your online account for your next order or bank
account within 7 working days, if required.
